I have an IEP (Individualized Educational Plan) at my high school. Can I still become an NCAA full qualifier?
Yes, just because a student has an IEP does not mean that they cannot qualify for
an athletic scholarship or become an NCAA full qualifier. Each high school must
have their classes, traditional and disability-based core classes, approved by the
NCAA Clearinghouse. As long as all traditional and disability-based core classes are
approved, a student with an IEP is not held to any other different standards in terms
of the NCAA Clearinghouse.
