The NCAA Clearinghouse recognizes that some families cannot afford the $70.00 registration fee and allow student’s to receive a fee waiver if they qualify for and have used an ACT and/or SAT waiver. The individual who is responsible for assisting students with the NCAA Clearinghouse process can waive the $70.00 fee on behalf of a student.
