Any student-athlete considering playing sports at a Division I or Division II college or university needs to be a NCAA Clearinghouse full qualifier which allows them to receive an athletic scholarship, practice and compete. The NCAA Clearinghouse governs all athletics at the Division I and Division II college/university setting.
